Logged a request instead of contacting the studio

We handle all app related technical issues you may be experiencing. 

If you are trying to send a message to the studio, please follow these steps:

  1. Tap on the “Messages” tab in the navigation bar at the bottom of your screen. 
  1. Locate the one on one conversation with the studio at the top of the screen. 
  1. At the bottom of your screen, you will see a text box that says, “Type a message.” Tap on it. 
  1. Type your message. You can also send voice notes, images/videos, and documents in a conversation. 
  1. When you are done, tap the arrow on the right side of your screen to send.
