Messages sent from the Settings -> Email Support section of the app come through to the technical help-desk, to assist with any app-related/support issues.
If you are wanting to send messages to the studio, you can do this from the Messages screen in the app. Kindly note that you will first need to be a registered user to send these instant messages.
